PNAfrica’s ECOWAS E-Newsletter: Volume 010/2025

This quarterly report presents an overview of the key activities, discussions, and developments within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Parliament from April to June 2025. The period under review was marked by critical deliberations surrounding the withdrawal of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), regional integration efforts, socio-economic development, and institutional reforms. A number of delocalized meetings, ordinary sessions, outreach missions, and commemorative events, particularly the ECOWAS @50 anniversary were held to reflect on the past and strategize for a resilient future.
